A proxy lets someone attend the meeting and cast your vote for you.

YOU choose the candidate(s). Your proxy holder simply casts the vote you selected.

 

Choose your candidate(s) on the official form.

Choose a proxy holder who will attend the meeting.

Sign and return your proxy exactly as Management instructs.

Your proxy holder attends the meeting and casts your vote as you directed.

 

All three of our candidates will attend the Annual Meeting and may be designated as your proxy holder,

subject to the official proxy instructions.
